Strawberry Festival 2010

The Studio is CLOSED on Monday

The Studio will be closed on Monday due to Memorial Day.
Monday evening classed need to come to a make-up class on Friday June 4th at 4pm.

No Friday Am classes on June 4th

Next Friday we will not have morning classes due to the kiddie parade. You need to come to a make-up class Tuesday 9:45 or 10:45 or Thursday 5:30 in order to perform on June 6th.

On picture day if you sign a photography release form, you will receive a FREE 5x7 print with your order.

Dance Pictures by Pixel Chicks Photography

You will receive your picture time during class the week of April 26th.

On picture day.. your dancer,gymnasts,or cheerleader will wear their costume with all accessories including shoes,hair done,etc... You dress how you would for a performance.

We will be taking group & individual pictures.
Payment is due on picture day. You can pay by cash,check(make out to Pixel Chicks Photography) or credit card. Payment arrangements can be made, talk to the photographer or Lisa.

Parents will be allowed in during their child's individual picture. We ask that parents remain in the studio lobby during the group picture.

After pictures are taken...You will be able to view your pictures online through a password protected gallery. Pictures are processed by class, in the order they are taken. Thank you for your patience as this may take several weeks. You may then choose the pose or poses you would like to make up your package. Lisa chooses all group photos and those will be posted to your gallery as well.

A sample of the order form will be sent home and may be viewed below as well.

The "I got a feeling" costumes have been ordered. They are peacock color. The cost is $40. Please pay asap for them. They will be here this month.

The tunics have been ordered. They will be here this month. The tunics are $33 and need to be paid for asap. They are peacock color.

{Recital Info}

Our annual Recital is held at the Lebanon High School in the auditorium. We have to pay to rent the facility, that is why we charge for tickets. Ticket price is $5.00, Performers & siblings under 12 years old are FREE. Tickets will be available for purchase starting in May at the studio. We reccomend purchasing tickets before the night of recital.
{Dress Rehersal}June 14th@5pm at Lebanon High School. Performers need to come dressed in costume, as they would for a show. This night is spent preparing our dancers for the Recital. {Dancers} will learn how to go on the stage and how to exit,where they wait until time to dance,what they do after they dance. They will perform their dance on the stage as they will be doing at the actual Recital. {Parents} This is your oppurtunity to take pictures & video. On Recital night...no flash photography or video is allowed. If you have questions or concerns please ask them on dress rehersal night before you leave. Tickets will also be available for purchase in the lobby. Performers need to be at dress rehersal to perform at Recital, unless approved by Lisa in advance.

{Recital} June 16th at 6pm at Lebanon High School. Doors will open at 5pm. Lisa, Valerie, and parents helping with Recital will be allowed in earlier. The doors will open at 5pm, if you arrive earlier plan on waiting outside until the doors are open.

{New Coaches} in 2010

Jinger {Cheer} - mid valley coach for Pop Warner Cheer Squads is bringing her program to Cascade Performing Arts.
Zuri {Tumbling} - Sweet Home High School graduate & winner of state & National titles with her cheer squad. She has trained & coached at Elite Tumbling Academy. She will be working with Beginning to Advanced Tumblers & skills for cheer tumbling.

Dance Team Fundraiser & Portrait Special

Raffle tickets can be purchased at the studio for 50cents each.
We have $150 portrait party, baskets and more. Items on display at studio.
Bake SaleTeam Members will have baked goods for sale.
Portrait Special

You get to choose from all poses taken. You can have two diffrent poses for the 5x7, one pose for the 4x5, two poses for the wallets, one pose for the mini's. The cards are one pose. I can custom make with more than one picture on the card, colors that you want, text that you want, options are endless.

I will have the sleigh on a white background, looks like snow. I have some fake snowballs.
For the valentines side I will have dress-up items available for use...skirts,boas,tutu's,etc... Fake roses, heart frames,etc...
I will have red,pink,black available for background choice.

I will post pictures to an on-line password protected gallery(you can share with friends).
I will have everyone's galleries up by wednesday Jan. 21st. You will need to call or e-mail me with picture #'s by the 25th.
All pictures & cards will be back by Jan. 29th.

Call to schedule your session today. Payment is due on the 16th.
A portrait CD from your mini session can be purchased for an additional $20 (you can pay for cd when you pick up your pictures)
